美食，想必大家都爱吧。今天上午，我正在看着电视，爸爸突然说：“我们去美食街看看吧。”我听后，眼前一亮，立马放下遥控器，拉着爸爸让他带我去美食街。
不一会儿，我们就到了那儿。刚一进去，里面各种各样的美食就吸引了我。首先映入我眼帘的是一大串一大串香喷喷的羊肉串，我二话不说，立刻拉着爸爸过去买了几串，我两只手各拿了一串，边走边吃。我这边吃一口，那边咬一口，一下子就被我“消灭”光了。刚一吃完，我又发现了一样美食——榴莲酥。这种酥像小香蕉的形状一样小巧玲珑，看着它们的样子就让我直流口水，于是我又把它们买了下来。我惬意地吃着，走着。
突然，我发现前面不远处，围着好多人。在好奇心的驱使下，我跑了过去，挤到了最前面。哇，只见一个印度人在娴熟地甩着手中的面饼，看着他的动作，就让人垂涎三尺。于是，又买了一些美味的印度飞饼。
在逛这次的美食街中，令我印象最深刻的就是“昆虫宴”了，这些虫子可都不是普通的东西，而是蜈蚣、蝎子、蚱蜢、蚕蛹……虽然它们看着很吓人，却非常新奇，使人流连忘返、记忆犹新。
美食街中还有许多地道的美食：天津的狗不理包子、台湾的蚵仔煎、韩国的打年糕、日本的章鱼小丸子……这些没事都无不令人驻足痴望、垂涎三尺。
在回家的路上，我想：原来世界各地的没事有这么多。光是这些，就让人口水直流了，更何况还有更多更多呢!我要当一名美食家，尝遍世界名小吃!

我来到了烧烤摊，一串串的骆驼肉，一串串的羊肉，我看了就垂涎三尺，立刻就买了五串羊肉串，今天我一定要饱饱眼福，过过嘴瘾。我觉得还不过瘾，但一想：如果吃的太撑，那么其他的就吃不下了。于是，我就买了一串放了葱和蒜的骆驼肉。因为顾客太多，熙熙攘攘，摩肩接踵，人头攒动，好不容易挤到了另一个小摊前，那是一个卖鱼丸的小店，那一锅锅的鱼丸馋得我直流口水，那一颗颗白色的鱼丸，一颗颗红色的枣，做成的汤，一看就知道那一锅鱼丸一定很好吃，我顾不上斯文不斯文，买了一碗，狼吞虎咽的把那碗鱼丸一扫而光。不光鱼丸的味道好，就连那汤也很鲜美，喝了还想再来一碗。
接着，我又从熙熙攘攘的人群中，挤到了买冷饮的小店前，来了一杯冷饮，喝了一口，立刻就觉得有一股清凉涌上心头，我又感到很惬意。
喝完了冷饮，我又吃了许多好喝的东西，渐渐的天色变暗了，虽然我心里觉得还没有吃够，可是肚子已经吃不下了，看看时间也很晚了，只好先回家，等到下次再来饱餐一顿。

在端午节这一天，人们互相撞鸡蛋。有两个人，一个叫喜马拉，一个叫青藏雅。喜马拉和青藏雅共同拿起鸡蛋的后半边，用尖头互相撞。满分是10分，最低分是零分。两个人你撞我躲，好不热闹，……眼看时间就要到了，还剩最后两分钟了，青藏雅看着要从上面攻击了，喜马拉就往下面躲，而青藏雅立刻往下冲去，喜马拉还没来得及看一眼他的鸡蛋，它就碎了。获胜的一方是一个完整的零，前面再加一个“1”，哦，是一个“10”分哟!相反鸡蛋碎了的一方只剩下个“0”了，呵呵!
获胜者都是有奖品的，奖品就是——竹桶粽子。竹桶粽子是用竹根上部做的，因为竹子是空心的，所以得先把两个口住封住，分别在两边各打一个眼，往里面灌好米、豆之类的，再加上三勺白糖，在炉上蒸半个小时就变成以香又甜的竹桶粽子了，他即有糯米的香味，又有竹子的营养和清香。
吃的时候用一根筷子插到事先打好的眼儿中，用手抓筷子剩余的部分，用小刀一划，竹桶应声剖成两半，香喷喷的竹桶粽子就呈现眼前了。

the first step is to mix the flour with water. when the dough is ready we can begin to make dumpling wrappers. we use a rolling pole to roll the dough into small thin and round pieces so that they will be easy to cook. when the wrappers are done it' s time to prepare the filling. usually we use meat such as beef or mutton and some vegetables such as cabbage or carrots for filling.you may actually choose whatever you like to put into it. we must chop those things into small pieces.then put some salt oil and other condiments into it and stir it evenly.
when all these preparations are done we can start making dumplings. first put a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. then stick the two opposite sides together and then the rest. don' t just cover the filling with the wrappers. the best shape of dumplings is that of a ship because when they are boiling in the pan they look like ships sailing in the sea. the smell can make your mouth water.
